Handyman Protocol Checklist


1. Able to use (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle)

2. Call two hours prior to heading to the job (No Exception)

3. Once you arrive at the job, scope the scene in order to determine an estimate Call the Office.

4. If the customer doesn’t agree, have them call the office regarding the scope of the work and the price.

5. We only accept Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or Cash from customers.

6. If the customer has any additional work not in the scope, call the office before proceeding.

7. Do not give out your personal information unless approved by the office.

8. The way the pay scale works is there is a 60-40 split in the profits. (You) get 60% and (We) Handi Partners get 40%. When we do work for the client, we are getting paid for labor only. Not materials!! We are only charging for labor.

Insurance Disclosure Statement

Handi Partners hires individuals as independent contractors. As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own workers' compensation insurance, general liability insurance, and any other necessary coverage. Handi Partners does not provide insurance coverage for contractors, including but not limited to coverage for travel to obtain supplies or while at customers' residences. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate insurance to cover any risks associated with your work.


Nondisclosure and Non-competition Agreement


(a) At all times while this agreement is in force and after its expiration or termination, agrees to refrain from disclosing Handi Partners' customer lists, trade secrets, or other confidential material.

agrees to take reasonable security measures to prevent accidental disclosure and industrial espionage.

(b) While this agreement is in force, agrees to use [his/her] best efforts to abide by the nondisclosure and non-competition terms of this agreement.

(c) For purposes of this covenant not to compete, competition is defined as soliciting or accepting employment by, or rendering professional services to, any person or organization that is or was a client of Handi Partners during the term of ‘s work with Handi Partners and 6 months following the termination of the agreement.

This states that you can NOT solicit any work from clients of Handi Partners for private work while representing Handi Partners.

(d) You also can NOT solicit any work from clients of Handi Partners for 6 months following your termination of work with HandiPartners LLC.

(e) agrees to pay liquidated damages in the amount of $500 for any violation of the covenant not to compete.
