Partnership Opportunities

2. COMPENSATION

The Contractor will receive 75% of the labor earnings for each job completed. The Contractor is responsible for billing and collecting payment from customers. Payment to Handy Partners must be made within 24 hours of receipt of payment from customers to the agreed upon method.

3. ADVERTISING AND JOB ORGANIZATION

Handy Partners will be responsible for advertising and job organization. The Contractor is expected to deliver exceptional service and maintain a high level of professionalism. All customers are to remain with Handy Partners, LLC, and the Contractor must not attempt to contact or solicit them personally.

4. LICENSE AND INSURANCE

The Contractor must have a valid business license and insurance. A copy of both must be provided to Handy Partners to keep on file. The Contractor must notify Handy Partners of any changes to their license or insurance status.

5. INITIAL INVESTMENT

The Contractor agrees to make an initial investment agreed upon entering the contract. No work will be rendered until the payment is cleared. The down payment is non-refundable, even in the event this contract is voided for any reason.

6. EMPLOYMENT OF CONTRACTOR'S EMPLOYEES

All employees of the Contractor are to be paid by the Contractor and are not considered to be employed by Handy Partners.

7. TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement shall commence on the date first above written and shall continue until terminated by either party upon 14 days' written notice. Handy Partners reserves the right to stop service during an active legal dispute.

8. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

The Contractor is an independent contractor and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create an employer-employee relationship. The Contractor is responsible for all taxes related to the compensation received.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

The Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Handy Partners from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of the services provided under this Agreement.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

The Contractor agrees to keep confidential all non-public information that Handy Partners provides, except when disclosure is authorized or legally mandated. All photos and client information are the property of Handy Partners unless otherwise stated.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona.
